After graduating from the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles California with a Bachelor's Degree in Porfessional Arts, Weller's works began to be featured in numberous one-man shows throughout the country.
His works are currently held in collections by Pacific University, Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center of Portland, Georgia Pacific Corporation, US National Bank of Oregon, US Bureau of Land Management, Oregon Pulmonary Associates of Portland , State of Oregon offices in Salem and Pendleton, the Oregon Court of Appeals, by Senator Mark Hatfield and numerous private firms. Weller has painting professionally for over 30 years.
